At OMOI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OMOI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include your printed Return Authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
