Jugetsudo Organic Sencha Asa Tin

From Japanese tea house Jugetsudo, a fresh all-occasion green tea. Like most senchas, this tea has a refreshing taste with a rich fragrance, stemming from its organic young spring leaves, and can be served hot or brewed cold. Sencha also contains theanine, which is a natural umami component, as well as antioxidant vitamin C and catechin. This beautiful cannister from Jugetsudo contains 50g of loose leaf tea, perfect for single-cup brewing or a whole teapot. 

How to brew: Boil water to 85 degrees celsius. Brew for 50 seconds. Serve immediately.
